Description

Cake Mix Caramel Brownies are a quick and easy dessert that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and caramel, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and eggs until well blended.
  3. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts (if using) over the caramel.
  6. Spread the remaining batter over the top and drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cake mix.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
