Description

Butterscotch Delight is a rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of butterscotch and whipped cream, creating a delightful treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butterscotch chips over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the melted butterscotch into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
  5. In a serving dish, layer the crushed graham crackers, followed by the butterscotch cream mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of butterscotch cream on top.
  7. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
