- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- In a large skillet, combine ground beef, BBQ sauce, and ranch seasoning. Form into meatballs.
- Brown the meatballs in the skillet over medium heat.
- Add the elbow macaroni and chicken broth to the skillet.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in milk and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
