Description

A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring BBQ ranch meatballs and cheesy pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, combine ground beef, BBQ sauce, and ranch seasoning. Form into meatballs.
  2. Brown the meatballs in the skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the elbow macaroni and chicken broth to the skillet.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  5. Stir in milk and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
