Description

A delicious and healthy breakfast option made with bananas, oats, and cinnamon, perfect for starting your day.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, cinnamon, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
