- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
- Drizzle the honey over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped rosemary on top of the honey.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
