Description

Baked Brie with Honey & Rosemary is a delightful appetizer that combines the creamy texture of Brie cheese with the sweetness of honey and the aromatic flavor of fresh rosemary.


Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the honey over the top of the Brie.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary on top of the honey.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
