Description

Baked Brie and Cranberry Phyllo Cups are a delightful appetizer featuring creamy brie cheese and sweet cranberry sauce wrapped in crispy phyllo pastry.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thaw the phyllo dough according to package instructions.
  3. Brush a muffin tin with melted butter.
  4. Layer several sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter.
  5. Cut the layered phyllo into squares and place them into the muffin tin.
  6. Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place a piece in each phyllo cup.
  7. Top each brie piece with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  10. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure to keep the phyllo dough covered with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
