- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Thaw the phyllo dough according to package instructions.
- Brush a muffin tin with melted butter.
- Layer several sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter.
- Cut the layered phyllo into squares and place them into the muffin tin.
- Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place a piece in each phyllo cup.
- Top each brie piece with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
Notes
- Make sure to keep the phyllo dough covered with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
