- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cones for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onions, crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Once the tater tots are cooked, carefully press them into the shape of cones.
- Fill each tater tot cone with the bacon cheeseburger mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with additional pickles and condiments if desired.
