Description

Delicious tater tot cones filled with a savory bacon cheeseburger mixture, perfect for a fun and tasty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups tater tots
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cones for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add the diced onions, crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and heat through.
  5. Once the tater tots are cooked, carefully press them into the shape of cones.
  6. Fill each tater tot cone with the bacon cheeseburger mixture.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm with additional pickles and condiments if desired.
