- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread an even layer of the mixture onto each flour tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels and serve.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
