Description

Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pinwheels are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Spread an even layer of the mixture onto each flour tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Once set, slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels and serve.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
