- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and ginger to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to let the flavors meld.
