Description

Apple Crumble is a warm and comforting dessert made with baked apples and a crumbly topping, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups of sliced apples
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and half of the brown sugar.
  3. Spread the apple mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, remaining brown sugar, and salt.
  5. Pour the melted butter into the dry mixture and stir until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
