Description

Alfredo Chicken Stuffed Shells are a delicious and creamy pasta dish filled with tender chicken and smothered in a rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken and cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can use low-fat cheese and Alfredo sauce.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
