Air Fryer 3 Cheese Biscuit Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines flaky biscuit dough with a gooey cheese filling.

- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the biscuit bombs inside, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the cheese mixture.
- These can be served with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
