Description

Air Fryer 3 Cheese Biscuit Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines flaky biscuit dough with a gooey cheese filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the biscuit bombs inside, leaving space between them.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the cheese mixture.
  • These can be served with marinara sauce for dipping.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
